Terms of Service

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hala AI. They govern your use of our automated hospitality assistants across web, voice, and social channels.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hala AI platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

Authority & Capacity

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

Hala AI provides an integrated suite of artificial intelligence tools designed for hospitality business automation, including but not limited to:

AI Voice Calls
WhatsApp AI
Instagram AI

3. Account Requirements

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Billing Transparency

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. We provide a 7-day grace period for failed payments before service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

  • Automating legitimate customer service.
  • Managing hotel/restaurant bookings.
  • Processing guest inquiries and feedback.

Prohibited Uses

  • Spamming or unsolicited mass outreach.
  • Harassment or spreading misinformation.
  • Reverse engineering our AI models.

6. AI & Data Processing

Conversation Intelligence

Our AI systems process conversations in real-time to provide automated assistance. While you retain ownership of your core data, you grant Hala AI a license to use anonymized data to improve model accuracy and safety.

We do not sell your data to third parties. All processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and global data protection standards (GDPR, KVKK).

7. Liability Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or fail to meet payment obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the following jurisdictions, depending on your primary business location:
