All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Hala AI to charge the payment method on file for the agreed-upon amount at the start of each billing cycle.
Try before you commit
Eligibility for free trials is determined at the sole discretion of Hala AI. If you are on a free trial, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund policies apply.

Renewals

Partial months
Unused time during a cancellation month.
Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference in price for the remainder of the current billing cycle will be charged to your account on a prorated basis.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current cycle.
